This page explains the access requested by TowTech Business Automation before an authorized owner or manager connects a Google account.
What you are authorizing
When you connect Google, you allow this application to access Google Business Profile data for business accounts and locations that your Google account is already permitted to manage.
- List managed business accounts and locations.
- Read customer reviews and review metadata for managed locations.
- Create draft review replies for manager approval.
- Post or update public review replies only when an authorized manager chooses to do so or when an approved automation policy allows it.

Google may describe this permission as access to see, edit, create, and delete Google business listings. TowTech Business Automation uses this permission for business profile review operations and authorized profile management workflows.
