Privacy Policy

TowTech Business Automation uses Google Business Profile data only to provide review monitoring, customer reply drafting, manager approval, and related business profile automation for authorized business users.

Data we access

• Google Business Profile account and location identifiers.
• Business name, phone, address/service area, website, categories, and profile metadata.
• Customer review content, star ratings, reviewer display names, timestamps, and reply status.
• OAuth tokens required to keep the authorized connection active.

How we use data

Data is used to display managed locations, identify new reviews, generate draft responses, support manager approval workflows, and maintain audit records for business operations.

Data sharing

We do not sell Google user data. Review content may be sent to configured AI providers only for generating reply drafts requested by the business. Public replies are posted only through authorized workflows.

Data retention and removal

Authorized users can disconnect Google access by revoking the application in their Google Account permissions or by requesting removal from the application administrator. Stored OAuth tokens and synced business data should be deleted when access is revoked or the business relationship ends.
