TowTech Business Automation is intended for authorized owners, managers, and staff of managed towing and roadside service businesses.

Authorized use

You may connect only Google Business Profile accounts and locations that you are legally authorized to manage.

Review policy

The service must not be used for fake reviews, review gating, harassment, deceptive customer communication, or posting replies that disclose private customer or job details.

Manager responsibility

AI-generated replies are drafts. Authorized managers are responsible for reviewing public communications and ensuring replies are accurate, professional, and compliant with applicable policies.

Service limitations

Google APIs, email notifications, browser workflows, AI services, and SMS providers can change or experience downtime. The service is provided for operational assistance and does not replace manager judgment.
